906.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF UTILITY DISTRICT.
   The city does establish a dry hydrant fire protection utility district to provide improved water availability for purposes of fire protection of persons and property of all developed and buildable lots in that area of the city commonly referred to as Enchanted Island and Shady Island.
