If a property owner or person responsible for paying the stormwater drainage charge questions the correctness of a charge, the person may, upon application and documentation, including submission of a property survey, have the determination of the charges recomputed by written request to the City Administrator/Clerk or its designee. The request shall be made within 30 days of the mailing of the billing in question.
