904.19 VIOLATION.
Subd. 1.   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Subd. 2.   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the city by reason of the violation.
