Subd. 1. Officers. The Chair and Vice-Chair of the Park Commission shall be selected by the members of the Commission, and those persons shall serve in their respective positions for a period of one year. The Park Commission may appoint a Secretary from among its members.
Subd. 2. Meetings. The Park Commission shall meet at least monthly, and all meetings shall be open to the public.
Subd. 3. Rules of order and business. The Park Commission shall adopt rules and regulations governing the conduct of its meetings. A majority of its membership shall be required to conduct official business.
Subd. 4. Minutes and records. The Park Commission shall keep minutes of its proceedings, showing the vote of each member upon every question, or if absent or failing to vote indicating the fact, and shall also keep records of its hearings and other official actions. Every requirement, decision, or determination of the Park Commission shall be filed with the City Council and shall be a public record.
