702.09 HORSES AND PONIES NO LONGER BOARDED WITHIN CITY, REPORT REQUIRED.

It shall be the obligation of the applicant to report to the Horse Inspector or the City Administrator/Clerk when the horse which is the subject of the permit has been removed and no longer is boarded within the confines of the city.
