702.06 LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF HORSES OR PONIES.
   The Administrator shall not issue a permit to keep, store or stable three or more horses or ponies on any one parcel of land within the city until the City Council has determined that the keeping, storing and stabling of the number of animals shall not be a public nuisance.
