Subd. 1. The regulatory provisions of the “Highway Traffic Regulation Act,” the same being M.S. Chapter 169, as periodically amended, are adopted as a traffic ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets and alleys in the city and are incorporated and made a part of this Title by reference as if fully set out herein.
Subd. 2. The penalty for violation of the provisions of state statutes adopted by reference in this section shall be identical with the penalty provided for in the statutes for the same offense.
