The following shall be exempt from the provisions of this section:
Subd. 1. Businesses storing motor vehicle fuel for usual business purposes on property zoned commercial or on property zoned residential where the business is conducted pursuant to an existing permit.
Subd. 2. Tanks which are attached to or are an integral part of motorized vehicles or boats.
