607.04 APPLICATION, ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
Subd. 1.   The application, administration, and enforcement of the code shall be in accordance with Minnesota State Building Code. The code shall be enforced within the extraterritorial limits permitted by M.S. § 299F.011, Subdivision 4, when so established by this chapter.
Subd. 2.   The code enforcement agency of the city is called the Excelsior Fire District.
