The 2003 Minnesota State Fire Code (MSFC), which is based on the 2000 edition of the International Fire Code (IFC), including all of the amendments, rules and regulations established, adopted and published from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference with the exception of the optional chapters, unless specifically adopted in this chapter. The 2003 Minnesota State Fire Code is hereby incorporated in this chapter as if fully set out herein.
