605.01 FALSE INFORMATION OR NAME.
   No person shall communicate to a law enforcement officer:
Subd. 1.   Any false or incorrect name or identity, knowing that it is false or incorrect; or
Subd. 2.   Any false information, knowing that it is false and upon which an officer may reasonably act in reliance.
