The Lake Minnetonka Conservation District Code of Ordinances (hereinafter referred to as LMCD Code) is hereby incorporated by reference. Where the Shorewood City Code imposes more stringent regulations than state laws, rules or regulations, or more stringent regulations than those set out in the LMCD Code, it is the intent of the City Council that the provisions of the Shorewood City Code prevail to the extent permitted by law. Those regulations established in the most recently amended LMCD Code shall control.
