603.01 MISDEMEANOR OFFENSES GENERALLY.
   The doing of any of the acts or things prohibited or the failing to do any of the things or acts commanded to be done, as set forth in this chapter, is declared to be an offense against the good order, public peace, morals, health, welfare and proper government of the city and is unlawful.
