Subd. 1. A person who violates the provisions of this chapter may be charged with a misdemeanor. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. The City Administrator or their designee may post appropriate signs or notices on property prohibiting its use until any illicit discharge is resolved.
Subd. 2. In order to ensure compliance with this chapter, the City Administrator or their designee may pursue any remedy at law or equity, including, but not limited to, securing injunctive relief to prohibit an individual from discharging material in violation of this chapter or from using the property when it would create a danger to the public health, safety or welfare, or, otherwise, be in violation of this chapter.
Subd. 3. The remedies listed in this chapter are not exclusive of any other remedies available under any applicable federal, state or local law and it is within the discretion of the city to seek cumulative remedies.
