105.03 CITY ADMINISTRATOR. 
   CITY ADMINISTRATOR means the City Administrator duly appointed to and holding the position of chief administrative officer of the city pursuant to authority vested in the city by M.S., Chapter 412. This position may be combined with that of City Clerk or City Treasurer.
