401.01 MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORE ABOLISHED.

The city has determined to abolish the operation of municipal liquor stores for the off-sale of intoxicating liquor, effective on the date of the issuance of one or more private off-sale intoxicating beverage licenses. Liquor may be sold elsewhere in the city as provided by this chapter.
