901.26 FRANCHISE HOLDERS.
   If there is a conflict in terms between the franchise of an entity holding a valid franchise agreement with the city and this chapter, the terms of the franchise shall prevail. For definitions and time lines contained within both this chapter and the franchise agreement, the more restrictive provision shall govern.
