§ 99.04 HEARING PROCEDURES.
   (A)   The Code Enforcement Board is hereby designated to hear appeals from alarm users on the issue of whether the alarm system in question activated an unwarranted alarm, as determined by a police officer and/or fireman at the scene of such activated alarm. Upon delivery of any unwarranted alarm report by the Police and/or Fire Department, the user has ten (10) days, orally or in writing, to request a hearing before the Code Enforcement Board.
   (B)   At the hearing, which must be scheduled and concluded within twenty-one (21) days from the date the request for the hearing is received, the alarm user shall have the right to present evidence and testimony, and the Board shall make written findings available to the alarm user and the Chiefs of the Police or Fire Department within ten (10) days from the date the hearing is concluded.
