§ 158.06 COMPLAINTS, INVESTIGATION; ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS; NOTICE, FINAL ORDER.

Investigations and complaints shall be conducted and processed, enforcement proceedings shall be instituted, hearings held and notices delivered and final orders entered in accordance with the specific requirements of Chapter 41.
