(A) The Kentucky Standards of Safety (Fire Prevention Code) as promulgated in 815 KAR 10:060 by the Commissioner of the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction on the advice and the recommendation of the State Fire Marshal, is hereby adopted in full by the city. Copies of the code book are available through the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601-5405. 101 Sea Hero Road, Suite 100. A copy shall be kept available for public inspection in the office of the Chief of the Shively Fire Department.
(B) The adoption of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Plan #1 and #10 with all reference to NFPA Plan referred to them by the Commissioner of the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction on the advice and the recommendation of the State Fire Marshal, is hereby adopted in full by the city.
