§ 155.01 UNLAWFUL DRAINING OF SWIMMING POOLS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to so drain or empty a swimming pool located in or out of the city so as to cause the water from the swimming pool to drain into the public streets or onto the private property of others in the city.
