(A) The most current edition of the "Metropolitan Subdivision Regulations" based upon the Comprehensive Plan and all amendments thereto adopted by the city in Chapter 151 are hereby affirmed, ratified, adopted, and made a part of this code as if set forth in full herein.

(B) Copies of the subdivision regulations and amendments referred to in division (A) above shall be kept at the office of the City Clerk/Tax Assessor and may be examined there upon request and without charge.
