The City Council hereby designates as a downtown business district solely for the purpose of KRS 103.200(14) that area of the city more particularly described as follows:
Extending with the course of Dixie Highway from the Southern most boundary of the City of Shively at Rockford Lane and North to the northern boundary of the City at Millers Lane and including both sides of Dixie Highway to a depth of 300 feet and to the extent such boundaries are within these corporate boundaries of the City of Shively, Kentucky.
