(A) Amendments to existing flood plain regulations as recommended for adoption by the Planning Commission are hereby adopted by reference as if fully set out herein. Copies of the amendments are on file in the office of City Clerk/Tax Assessor.
(B) Amendments include provisions concerning floodplain districts, development regulations, variance procedures and miscellaneous provisions.
