§ 130.02 FALSE FIRE ALARMS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to give, cause to be given, or circulate a false alarm of fire or bomb scare, or to give any signal from any signal box, except in case of fire or real bomb scare, with the intent to deceive, or cause the Fire Department to respond to the false alarm.
