§ 123.02 COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE AND COUNTY LAWS.

(A) No junkyard shall be operated or maintained unless it is in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and county laws, statutes, ordinances of the city regulations and permit requirements.

(B) No junkyard shall be operated or maintained unless it is in compliance with all public restrictions of record on the property on which it is located.
