§ 117.05 CLOSING OF PREMISES, REVOCATION OF LICENSE FOR VIOLATION.
   (A)   The Mayor or his designee may, upon hearing and notice, revoke and cancel the license of any tourist court, motel, or tourotel for a violation of any provision of this chapter.
   (B)   Upon conviction for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, the Mayor or his designee may institute proper action in the Jefferson Circuit Court to secure the closing and padlocking of the premises upon which the violations, as herein enumerated, have occurred.
