§ 117.02 PERSON REGISTERING TO GIVE CORRECT INFORMATION.

It shall be the duty of any person registering at a motel, tourist court, or tourotel to give correct information regarding his name and address, the license number of the automobile of the registrant, and the registrant’s driver’s license number or other positive identification.
