§ 113.41 NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS TO BE GIVEN.

All licensees and persons with license applications pending shall be mailed copies of all regulations enacted under § 113.40, and they shall be published one time in the newspaper as soon as practical after they become effective.
