§ 94.63 NOTICE.
   Whenever the Chief of Police or his designee determines that graffiti exists on any structure in the city, a written notice shall be issued by the Chief of Police or his designee to abate such nuisance. The property owner shall have ten (10) days after the date of the notice to remove the graffiti.
