§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the Code Enforcement Board pursuant to Chapter 41.
   (B)   The penalty for violating this chapter shall be that set forth in section 41.12 hereof. Each day's violation shall contribute a separate offense.
