§ 91.01 KEEPING OF LIVESTOCK.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to keep within the city limits of the city any swine, sheep or goats, provided however, that this prohibition shall not apply to regularly licensed stockyards, slaughterhouses, meat packing establishments, rendering plants and public exhibitions.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to keep within the city limits of the city chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, other poultry or rabbits unless the chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, other poultry or rabbits are contained in an enclosed area within the boundaries of the real estate parcel of the owner or keeper of the chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, other poultry or rabbits. Failure to keep the enclosed area in a clean, well-maintained condition sufficient to prevent offensive odors, unsightly appearance or potential health hazards shall constitute a violation of this section.
   (C)   Any person, corporation or other entity in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and fined not less than ten ($10.00) dollars nor more than one hundred ($100.00) dollars or imprisoned in the county jail not more than thirty (30) days. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
