It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, firm, partnership or other entity to park, store, leave or permit the parking or storing of any junked motor vehicle of any kind, or part thereof, for a period of time in excess of five (5) days on any private property, provided however, that this prohibition shall not apply to a motor vehicle in an enclosed building or a motor vehicle on the premises of a business enterprise operated in a lawful place and manner, when necessary to the operation of the business enterprise, or a vehicle in an appropriate storage place or depository maintained in a lawful place and manner by the city.
