§ 90.04 ABANDONMENT ON PUBLIC WAY PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, firm, partnership or other entity to cause or allow an abandoned motor vehicle to be placed, located, maintained or permitted to remain upon a public way in the city.
