§ 90.02 ABANDONED VEHICLE ON PUBLIC WAY A NUISANCE.
   An abandoned motor vehicle located on a public way in the city shall be and is hereby deemed to be a public nuisance. It shall be the duty of the owner or person in possession of the motor vehicle or part thereof to abate the nuisance through removal of the motor vehicle from the public way.
