SCHEDULE II. WEIGHT LIMITS.

(A) The gross weight for any vehicle including its load shall not exceed 42,000 pounds on the following streets except on such highways in the city as may be designated by the State Commissioner of Highways pursuant to KRS 189.222 or except upon a special permit issued by the Chief of Police.

(B) Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall be punished in accordance with KRS 189.990(2).
