It shall be unlawful to park any truck tractor, defined as a truck designed and equipped to pull a separate trailer, on the public streets of the city in any area zoned for residential use or in driveways or otherwise on private property in any area within the city zoned for residential use, provided, however, that the parking of such truck tractors shall be permitted in an enclosed garage.
