§ 72.10 PARKING ON OFF-STREET FACILITY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the driver of a motor vehicle to park or abandon the vehicle or drive on or otherwise trespass on another’s property, or on an area developed as an off-street parking facility, without the consent of the owner, lessee, or person in charge of any such property or facility. If at any time a vehicle is parked, abandoned, or otherwise trespasses in violation of the provisions of this section, a criminal complaint may be obtained in District Court by the owner, lessee, or person in charge of the property or facility and/or the city Police Department, on written complaint of the owner, lessee, or person in charge, shall remove or cause to be removed the vehicle in accordance with the provisions of §§ 90.01 - 90.08.
   (B)   When an off-street parking area is bounded by a street or property line and the configuration of the parking area is such that vehicles may be parked with the front of the vehicle facing the street or property line, a bumper rail, posts or other device that will prevent vehicles parking along the property line from coming into contact with fences, buildings or other objects on the opposite side of the boundary line shall be provided along the entire street or property line boundary except those portions used for entrances and exits.
