(A) It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stop or park the vehicle in a manner other than with its right-hand side toward and parallel with the curb or pavement’s edge.
(B) No motor vehicle shall be parked or left standing on any roadway unless its two right wheels are within six (6) inches of and parallel with the curb or pavement’s edge and all four (4) wheels are off of the mainly traveled portion of the roadway.
