(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to leave any motor vehicle or any other thing that may be a nuisance, obstruction, or hindrance in or on the mainly traveled portion of any roadway, or on a sidewalk within the city at any time.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to stop and leave standing or park any motor vehicle on the roadway side of any other motor vehicle stopped or parked at the edge or curb of a roadway.
