§ 39.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.

(A) The city hereby adopts the provisions of KRS 45A.345 through 45A.460 by reference as if fully set forth herein. These provisions govern purchasing procedures to be used by a local public agency.

(B) Pursuant to the provisions of KRS 45A.343, no other statutes governing purchasing shall apply to the city after the effective date of this chapter.
