§ 36.01 JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.
   (A)   The city shall join in the administration of the Jefferson County Community Improvement District.
   (B)   The Mayor shall appoint, with the approval of the City Council, a person to serve as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Jefferson County Community Improvement District.
   (C)   The term of office for this representative shall be four (4) years.
