(A) The city shall continue to fund and manage its existing firemen’s and policemen’s pension plan for the benefit of any employees electing to continue therein and those who are entitled to benefits in the existing pension plan.
(B) The present pension plan for Works Department employees shall remain in effect in lieu of the employees participating in CERS now or in the future.
