The command structure of the Police Department is herewith organized as follows: Chief of Police, Assistant Chief of Police, lieutenants, sergeant, and patrol officers. The number of lieutenants and sergeants shall be determined from time to time by the executive authority. An organizational chart illustrating the chain of command is set out in the office of City Clerk/Tax Assessor.
