§ 35.04 OFFICERS.
   (A)   All police officers shall be appointed and may be removed as set forth in this chapter.
   (B)   Training and experience shall consist of any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform effectively the duties of the position.
   (C)   The compensation of all police officers shall be in an amount to be established by City Council by ordinance in accordance with § 31.02.
