§ 33.60 FIREARM CERTIFICATION RECORDS.
   (A)   The Town Marshal shall maintain a permanent log for every officer authorized to carry firearms. The log shall consist of the following minimum information:
      (1)   Officer’s name;
      (2)   Certified on-duty weapon make, model, caliber and ammunition, serial number of weapon, date, time, results of shooting test, weather conditions, instructor name, curriculum and written test results;
      (3)   Certified off-duty weapon;
      (4)   Certified secondary weapon;
      (5)   Certified shotgun and/or rifle.
   (B)   The certification will be the same as that deemed appropriate by the Town Marshal for his or her officers. An example of such qualification is as follows:
      (1)   Practical pistol course (PPC) 48 rounds.
      (2)   Scoring for PPC:
         (a)   Possible       300;
         (b)   Qualified       210 to 224; 70% to 74%;
         (c)   Marksman       225 to 257; 75% to 85%;
         (d)   Sharpshooter       258 to 278; 86% to 92%;
         (e)   Expert          279 to 300; 93% to 100%.
