§ 33.45 COMPREHENSIVENESS OF POLICY.
   Every police executive should promulgate a Police Use of Deadly Force Policy that provides clear
guidelines for:
   (A)   When to shoot;
   (B)   The investigative procedure following a shooting;
   (C)   A Board of Review;
   (D)   Firearm equipment requirements; and
   (E)   Firearms training.
