§ 33.27 MAINTENANCE OF DEPARTMENT ISSUED EQUIPMENT.
   The Town Marshal and each authorized deputy is responsible for the maintenance and care of Department issued clothing and equipment, including firearms and vehicles. Individual negligence resulting in uncommon wear of clothing or breakdown of equipment is subject to disciplinary action.
