§ 33.01 APPOINTMENT OF MARSHAL; DEPUTY MARSHAL; TERMS.
   (A)   Marshal. The Town Council shall appoint a Marshal who shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Council.

   (B)   Deputy Marshal. The Town Council may appoint a Deputy Marshal. The Deputy, if appointed, shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Council.
