(A) The Clerk-Treasurer shall as of January 1 of each calendar year receive an annual salary payable weekly as prescribed by Town Council’s resolution, which amount shall be paid from the civil town budget and shall be subject to call without extra compensation unless approved by resolution of the Council.
(B) The Town Marshal shall as of January 1 of each calendar year receive an annual salary payable weekly as prescribed by Town Council’s resolution, which amount shall be paid from the civil town budget and shall be subject to call without extra compensation unless approved by resolution of the Council.
(C) The Deputy Town Marshal, if approved, shall as of January 1 of each calendar year receive an annual salary payable weekly as prescribed by Town Council’s resolution, which amount shall be paid from the civil town budget and shall be subject to call without extra compensation unless approved by resolution of the Council.
(D) The Town Maintenance Man shall as of January 1 of each calendar year receive an annual salary payable weekly as prescribed by Town Council’s resolution, one-half of which amount shall be paid from the civil town budget and the other one-half shall be paid out of the MVH Fund and shall be subject to call without compensation unless approved by resolution of the Council.
(E) The Water Certified Operator and the Sewer Certified Operator shall as of January 1 of each calendar year receive an annual salary payable monthly as prescribed by the Town Council’s resolution, which amount shall be paid from the civil town budget and shall be subject to call without extra compensation unless approved by resolution of the Council.
(F) Other employees shall be compensated at an hourly rate and paid weekly as prescribed by the Town Council.
(G) The Shirley Town Councilors shall as of January 1 of each calendar year receive an annual salary payable quarterly as prescribed by Town Council’s resolution, which amount shall be paid from the civil town budget and shall be subject to call without extra compensation unless approved by resolution of the Council.
